About Stephanie

Stephanie Cabral is a Graduate Student at MidAmerica Nazarene University pursuing a Master of Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Couples & Family. She received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. As a first-generation Latina, she focuses on how Latino culture has shaped who we are, our strengths, and our areas for growth.

“Taking the step to reach out for support is an act of real courage, and I’m so glad you’re here.”

Stephanie believes that life gets overwhelming for everyone at times. Whether it’s adjusting to life changes, feeling anxious or depressed, coping with past trauma, or experiencing relational difficulties with family or partner. She strives to provide a safe, empathetic, judgment-free space where you can focus on healing and breaking the generational cycles that no longer serve you.

Stephanie is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and her parents are from Chihuahua, Mexico. She has been married for 12 years and has three amazing boys. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading books, traveling, or cheering on her son’s sports team!
